Explosion-Proof Turbine Oil Vacuum Purifier
This special equipment is mainly applied in high-risk industries including energy and chemical sectors. Based on standard vacuum oil purifiers, it adopts special explosion-proof design for electrical systems and overall structure to guarantee safe operation in flammable and explosive environments.
Main Applications
Specially developed for flammable and explosive industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, coal mining, power plants and power stations. It purifies contaminated turbine oil (turbine lubricating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and other industrial oils to restore their service performance. The machine can be connected in series for on-line operation without shutting down production equipment or suspending production.
Core Features
Full-machine explosion-proof structure: All electrical control cabinets, motors, heating components, solenoid valves and other key parts are explosion-proof with high safety grades. Common explosion-proof marks include Exd II BT4 and Exd II CT4 to match different hazardous area classifications.
High-efficiency dehydration & degassing: Adopting 3D evaporation and multi-layer oil-water separation technology to rapidly remove moisture and dissolved gas from oil.
Precision filtration: Multi-stage filtration system effectively intercepts tiny particulate impurities; certain filter elements are washable and reusable.
High automation: Equipped with automatic constant temperature control, infrared liquid level automatic control and automatic pressure protection, supporting unattended continuous operation.
Vacuum pump protection: Unique heat absorption & condensation system prevents water vapor from emulsifying vacuum pump oil and extends vacuum pump service life.
